Richard was a professional, responsive, and genuine individual to work with. Richard provided me a quote within a day or two of my enquiry and unbeknownst to Richard a family friend had also provided a quote that was similar to the Deck Wizard quote. Richard was able to slot in my deck repair within a week which was very generous given the usual 4-6 week lead time in peak season.Richard and his team finished to job in the timeline provided and were a no fuss business to deal with.I will highly recommend the Deck Wizard to anyone looking for a quick no fuss company that provides fair quotes, good work, and are easy to deal with and approachable.Thanks again

We engaged Richard and his team with our vision for a backyard Spa and are extremely happy with the result. This project took a lot of co-ordination with the Spa vendor, specifications for the installation, delivery timing, electricals and a Solar Install that was going on all in the same timeframe. We also decided to include a Pergola at the last minute and this was not a problem. Richard worked with our dates and designs and has delivered a fantastic outcome of the highest quality without a single issue and we look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Richard and the team did a fantastic job repairing my pergola, replacing my fence, designing and installing a large deck. I enquired at this business and had a response within about 20 minutes. We organised a time to meet at my house and Rich turned up and was able to quote me a price in a timely fashion. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Rich provided frank advice and kept my informed throughout the process. He was able to sort out any of my concerns with his extensive experience and now I have a fantastic deck!

Fantastic result. Richard and his team did a great job in constructing the pergola with the addition of fan, downlights and strip heater (by Tarzia Electrical). The pergola materials and colour scheme matched my house so well you can't tell its a new addition.

Rich and Co from Deck Wizard replaced all lounge dining windows with large double glazed stacker doors that went out to the new deck. The new merbau deck looks fantastic- so much more outdoor space. Great service right to the end!

The Deck Wizard has completed three jobs for us now - a deck, a pergola and a front verandah and stairs. Couldn’t be happier with the work and the communication, Richard does a fantastic job and takes the time to give ideas for design as well as building great spaces.

We engaged The Deck Wizard to build a brand new enclosed deck with fly-over pergola, step and balustrade railing.Richard and his team were fantastic, he really knows his stuff and provided advice on everything we needed and more... The team are Professional, on-time, clean and provided excellent workmanship. The thing I appreciated the most was Richard's excellent communication; he always answered the phone or would respond within minutes, told us when and what time and also let us know if weather would be an issue.
