I couldn’t believe my luck to find Ki yoga at such a convenient location in such a beautiful studio. I have been practicing yoga at MVY for over three years now. Not only is the studio beautiful and spacious but in addition the yoga teachers are the most experienced, thoroughly immersed and versed in their yoga.If you want to laugh a little, challenge yourself and meet some fabulous people than you must practice yoga at MVY.

Such an accomodating and community atmosphere! Has committed teachers who offer a variety of classes for all levels of experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a personalised yoga experience!
