Bombora Surf Shop

I will never deal with Bombora surf shop in Cessnock again ,I left my Rip Curl watch with them to send away for repairs and it took over 2 months and multiple phone calls and SMS messages during that time ,,I was imformed by Rip Curl that Deb at Bombora wouldnt reply to requests and also ordered work on the watch that never needed doing.I also found that during the several phone calls I had with Deb she was very rude and abusive on the phone .Upon recieving the watch back to find all that had been done was a new battery had been put in the watch and a new dial was put in it that never needed replacing ..I contacted Rip Curl and sent the watch direct to them and received the watch back in two weeks with a completely different out come as you can see in the photo's
