WMF1100S is an excellent machine and everyone in the office is extremely happy with it. If you want something very easy to use that still makes great coffee, I can't recommend it enough. Mark and the other staff at My Coffee Shop have been extremely friendly and helpful. Installation was smooth, orders for supplies filled promptly.

Excellent Service from Mark at My Coffee Shop..BUT the delivery service from TOLL Transport (that delivered the coffee machine to us), was shocking !No service whatsoever from TOLL Transport - not sure how this transport company is still in business ..?BUT The service and pricing from the folks at My Coffee Shop was exceptional - will use and recommend them without a problem at all..

My Coffee Shop Staff provided excellent customer service and knowledge to us on their products. From this, we chose the Jura X8 model for our business. Mark spent time showing us the machine, its features and put together a quote and answered all of our questions going forward. Installation and training was a breeze and we couldn't be happier with the machine. We wanted to know what we we're buying and to make the right purchase and My Coffee Shop and the staff made this process extremely easy for us.

Wonderful, helpful staff who provide EXCELLENT customer service - I ordered tea online that the supplier had changed the blend of without advising My Coffee Shop staff. I didn't like the new blend, so My Coffee Shop arranged a courier to collect the unopened boxes (I'd bought in bulk) and processed a refund for me straight away.
