i visited on 15.12.2021, i was told not to wait in the reception due to requirements related to covid, when i came back i saw a customer waiting in the reception, different rules for different people. shockingly after my car tyres were fixed, it was parked on the nature strip for quite sometime!!! as per the council, it's illegal to park on the nature strip.

Pathetic! Put a tire in for a puncture repair at 9am. Never heard back from them. Rang them the following day (3pm) and was told it's been done but they were too busy to ring or text. Went to pick it up and had to wait 20mins for the manager to finish chatting to a mate. As one of his workers put it He'll sort out the bill when he is finished gas bagging" I will NEVER go there again!"

Simply 5 star service! We encountered a flat tyre on our way to the movies and these boys were not only happy to fit us in, but completed the tyre repair on our Yaris within about 8 minutes. Legends. We didn't even miss any of the previews!

I met Stratis a month after he opened this business in 2011. I know nothing about cars and as a result, I've been ripped off too many times by unscrupulous mechanics. I had received another quote for tyres and a 'significant' service from a large 'family-values' company, but that company over quoted me by $600!!! Stratis explained how often women are ripped off by mechanics, and worse, senior citizens. I became a loyal customer that day and Stratis has been looking after my car ever since. Now, my adult son is a customer and he has been treated with extraordinary kindness as a new, young driver. Stratis has integrity. He tells the truth, he takes exceptional pride in his work and he is backed by a respectful team. They are all mechanics; this is NOT just where you buy tyres! I have travelled over an hour to have my car serviced here and I will NEVER have anyone else work on my car. Thank you Stratis, for restoring my faith in mechanics. I am a customer for life.

Went in today to get a full service, Stratis was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He provided a timely and professional service, a true gentleman! Really appreciate the help and not being ripped off!

Went to get a wheel alignment done as instructed by Panel Beater after repair. Panel Beater only willing to pay for rear alignment, I offered to pay for the front. Asked for a copy of the report, Bridgestone Vermont said the report is for Panel Beater, not me. Asked for a copy, they said machine can't print one. They asked me to take a photo on my phone. 1/2 hour later, called Bridgestone HQ to ask Vermont to email me a copy, Vermont claim to already have sent report to Panel Beater. Called Panel Beater, they have not received anything. Don't know who's telling the truth. Pretty poor service from Vermont. Avoid and go to other Bridgestone franchises. Been to Knox and they are sweet.
