Recently I got 491 through this consultancy. I like the way they sent me all the documents to verify before submitting for visa. I am very happy with the services provided. I highly recommend you guys.

The agent was negligent. As the client, you’d expect the agent to verify documents and advise you through every step of a visa process. I expected my agent to double check everything and advise me. It would be expected of an agent to know the working hour requirements and check documents before any submission of an application. I was told i had to work for 6months immediately before the date of matrix submission in order to be eligible for 190visa. i was working full time at the time. I was not aware that 6 months was equivalent to 26weeks, so after working for 24weeks i had informed the agent that i had completed my working hours. The agent didn’t even check my payslips and had put through my matrix. When the time had come to supply my documents for my application, i went with all my documents to the office and even showed my payslips to the agent informing that i had 24weeks, which was 12 payslips. The agent said it was okay. Documents were supposed to be submitted within 14days and on the 14th day the agent informed me that i did not have enough working hours. The working hours had to be immediately before the matrix submission, i was put in a very difficult situation. I was disappointed. I had put too much confidence in the agent to verify things for me. I wouldn’t recommend rights and Associates for anyone who has little knowledge of the visa they are applying, as i had found them to be negligent. If the agent doesn’t verify the clients documents before any application, then I don’t understand the purpose of paying the agent. Personally i have found rights and Associates to be a waste of time and money for me.
