Julie at CSM has gone above and beyond for me at a time when I needed help the most. With clear and concise explanations and answers for everything that was over my head during the sale of my house.

I have recently sold a house and purchased another I dealt with CSM for our dealings I could not fault the service provided by all the staff. They were all friendly and courteous at all times I would recommend them for anything you would need.

Nothing but issues with this business! They didn't bother to issue notice of attornment to our tenant prior to settlement so I needed to follow up the rent incorrectly being paid into our account after settlement. My Real Estate of course charges fees, but I had to transfer the amount of rent the new owners would have received in full.They then forgot to do an adjustment for the rates and a month after settlement they came back to me and asked me to write a cheque out to the council and a letter for rates which they incorrectly made in our favour. No compensation, no alternative to fix their own mistakes, just me having to go out of my way to fix jobs that I paid them to take care of. Absolutely would expect better from someone with the title of Partner" in the business. Definitely do not recommend."

Great job. Julie did an excellent job settling my house in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Julie has a great knowledge of all things to do with real estate and settling properties.This is my second time using CSM and would use them again in future for conveyancing issues.
