I had a fun time challenging myself in the cold bath…not nearly as hard as I thought it would be! The chanting was very helpful. It was an amazing experience! The space was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hands down the BEST recovery centre I have been to !When doing the hot and cold contrast therapy Nicole guided me through the session. She was so welcoming and truly amazing taking me through the session. Loved every bit of my experience here
