To dream about a first home is more difficult than perhaps the 2nd or 3rd purchase.Dpending on one’s life obstacles and start in life, it can be unthinkable to achieve the wealth needed to step out of the rental loop- where inflating costs seem to limit chances to grow a nest egg when there are other family priorities to consider.After daring to speak with “Just imagine” i decided the refund from that covid cancelled international trip plus annual tax refunds would go into my dream pie and I would save whatever I could and check in again later. I liked that Catherine followed up and encouraged me with good news about the govt limited release of 5% house deposits waving stamp duty and mortgage insurance.I felt that they were a huge part of my daring to just imagine.I needed to act quickly.They were able to secure me a spot in the scheme and score me a lender. And even recommend a conveyancer.As a middle aged first home buyer who’s been a single mother for lengthy periods, it can be embarrassing not having much knowledge of financial matters regarding property and loans.I felt they were both practical and kind.I now have my house with a view, and a secure income to chip away at my home repayments instead of helping so many others pay off their homes.I’m not paying more than what I was paying for rent.There were many steps to take with paperwork, but I was guided well the whole way.I thoroughly recommend JUST IMAGINE.

Our daughter and her partner had been trying unsuccessfully to get finance for their first home. We contacted Catherine who helped us to refinance our property and obtain finance for an investment property" which our daughter will pay for until the time when she can get independent finance.We are approaching retirement so our current bank wasn't interested
