Great service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to not only direct me to what I needed but also the accessories I needed. I ended up purchasing a Ninteno Switch OLED (great advice from the two guys in the tech service counter), some games to suit and a nice carry case for my trip back to Tasmania.Excellent service, equally excellent value and a brilliant range of accessories.Lastly, being a 59yo, first gamming console experience and my not wanting too extreme a gaming device, the recommendation of the Switch OLD was perfect.

I visited this big w store last week. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by such a lovely smile from a girl named Ruby. She helped me out in finding everything I wanted. I went in only looking for some soap and came out with my lay-buys all sorted for Christmas thanks to Ruby. Will be back for sure

Big W is Big W, they are all the same and a standard of most large shopping centres in Australia. The staff were helpful and the shop was extremely clean.
