We stayed here for a week and wow!The staff are incredible- so friendly and nice (that’s all staff from reception to the grounds keepers to the cleaners). The pools are fantastic for all ages.Yeah the rooms are older but for the price you pay they are reasonable :)Our family had the best holiday and we will defiantly be back!Thank you thank you Thankyou

Lovely pool side 3 bedroom apartment. I can't give 5 stars to service simply because I'm at the start of stay and we haven't really had much service yet. Although I am very glad the floors were cleaned (prefer this than not) they were still wet when we entered (not really a problem to us, but could be to others if more fussy?). Close to beach, convenience store and restrauants. A favourite place for our family to stay. Definitely a family place to bring the kids along. Friends staying in swim up room on ground floor. Book well in advance to score one of those.

This is a fantastic resort for families. The pools are an absolute delight and 1 is heated, not just a little bit, but properly heated. The kids would find this a dream holiday resort. It is a bit dated, but is clean and tidy. I would definitely come back with my grandchildren but not if I was coming on a romantic weekend with my husband.

Stunning views, awesome friendly helpful staff, relaxed, will be coming back! You will not be disappointed, cafés and restaurants just outside the gate, kids loved the ice cream shop just outside the gate and beach and surf club right across the road, hard to beat!!!

Let me start by saying that even though I'm giving the resort a 2-star rating, the customer service was really, really great. Unfortunately, this resort is in desperate need of an overall upgrade. If you're expecting the usual quality of an Accor hotel like I was, look elsewhere. We checked in after hours and the first room we were given (243) had a couch that was covered with visible stains, it had the most uncomfortable bed I'd ever slept on, and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Like I said, the front desk staff were amazing and managed to move us to another room and offered solutions had another room not been available. The issue is that each individual unit has a different owner which means there's no consistency between units/rooms. The second room we were given (167) had had some upgrades which was nice. Then, on the 3rd of our 4th night there, we discovered very obvious bodily fluid stains on the comforter that had been previously hidden under the sheets. The lovely staff came and changed it for us, but really - it was so obvious. It makes you wonder why it hadn't been noticed and changed before our arrival. The wifi was almost non existent and we had to check back a the front desk several times before we could get our code to work properly. There were some ants and a cheeky cockroach under the sink which is to be expected in the tropics. The location is great with access to lots of restaurants and it's right across from the beach. The outdoor facility, the one thing the management has complete control over, is immaculate and really well kept. We regularly saw pools being vacuumed and the grounds being manicured. The parking and entry/exit to the resort made us feel very safe as there were multiple gates and all entries were keyed. If there was a way to guarantee an upgraded suite, I would stay again. However, as the rooms vary so much, I wouldn't take the chance.

Positives:Location - close to surf, cafes and surf club.Pool - awesome big pool, heated pool and spa. Slides into pool were great. Our balcony had entrance to the pool.Staff were really friendly.Big shower and good water pressure.Parking available under cover.Trolleys for luggage and lifts or stairs for access.Bed was comfortable.Negatives:Room was not clean, our little one had black feet within 10 minutes of crawling on the tiled floor. The oven was really dirty and had leftover burnt food bits in it. There was hair and even a clipped finger or toe nail on the floor in the living room. The whole side of the kitchen bench was covered in dirt, marks, finger prints and what looked like coffee splatters which could have been as easy wipe down for the cleaners.Fridge was not cold. We brought cold items with us and placed into the fridge. Immediately we knew the fridge didn’t seem cold but we left on the recommended setting anyway. By morning our food was barely cool some spots in the fridge were actually warm. The fridge temperature remained barely even cool the entire 3 night stay and was very frustrating. The couch smelled like vomit which made it hard to even sit on. The couch cushions were also stained.Lots of mould on shower ceiling.Tv picture was awful. Odd colours and pixelated. Even though it had Foxtel it had a terrible picture.Playground hard bark, which for older kids may be ok but for our 9 month old we could even let him crawl around the playground area. A con for us - but perhaps not for others with older kids. Our room was non-smoking however we were next to perhaps a live in tenant (?) who did smoke on their balcony and as our balconies are joined and share a hand rail they are so close together we couldn’t take advantage of using our balcony with our baby due to the smoke. We also had to shut out glass doors to the balcony every time they had a smoke as it wafted directly into our unit. The unit was overall in need of a refurbishment. Very dated and old and the floors - particularly the carpet felt dirty due to their age and the dirt and dust build up around the carpet and all edges and corners of the unit was very visible. For us the unit was incredibly small, being in the unit with a 9 month old for nap times etc with the tv right on the bedroom (with only shutter dividers and not a wall) made it incredibly difficult to put our little one down for naps and keep sound out during naps. Something for others with little ones to consider. It became very claustrophobic for us with the weather being rainy and a small space to entertain our little one in during the rain times.

Just returned from here and can absolutely say it is the best resort for families with children we’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are huge with a balcony(nice view but not sea, hey we paid $140 night!)full kitchen facilities ect, big bathroom and sleeping area. Resort is huge but clean and well manicured and not noisy at all at night. The pool is the biggest I’ve ever seen, amazing! with slide and covered childrens playground, BBQ ect. Beach is right out front with bus every few minutes to sunshine plaza and the Surf club opposite. Reception is 24 hr and after sitting there for short time(waiting for a slow partner) observed the two people working there to go out of their way to help everyone.

Rooms are very basic, but its no big deal, everything else is great, warm pools in the winter were perfect, beach is just across the road, and so many food choices along the road our front. Will be coming back next time.
