Unsurpassed customer service, Marty is very knowledgeable and he provide service above and beyond other places. I couldn't get him to install on my car since he was fully booked for 11 months in advance! I ended up installing at another place but Marty offered to help and find time between his jobs to tune my car. I can't thank you enough!

Best customer service I've ever had in my Life . Marty was extremely helpful and honest with ordering sound deadening .I ordered 2 boxes Mass Noise Liner online on a Sunday and on the same day got an email back explaining there was unfortunately only one box left.Marty offered me a similar option of sound deadening, a full refund or I could wait until more stock came in. I chose to change my order for the similar product and even got a $20 refund for the price difference.Marty's professional and Fast response time was outstanding and I can't recommend Fhrx Studios enough .

As well, he’s very generous with advice when I’m stuck on my personal installation, and that is greatly appreciated. I chose FHRX to upgrade the sound in my 2021 BMW 218i M series a couple of months ago and thought I'd take a moment to share my experience.Marty seemed very knowledgeable and was super responsive from the first day we exchanged. He was generous in providing advice and guidance on the best configuration for my car and budget.In truth, after purchasing there were a couple of hiccups. There were a few delays and it took some time to find the best solution for my car (given it's a brand new car and BMW had changed a few things around). But along the way, he handled things the way I wish every person in business would. He took responsibility, was attentive, and worked nights, days and weekends to chase things up and make sure he was doing everything he could to get a good outcome for me.In the end what he and his team produced exceeded my expectations. My car audio is so great and I know for sure it's going to make those long road trips a lot more enjoyable.Marty obviously cares a lot about his craft and that shows through in the extra mile he goes in every aspect of his work.
