The team at Proactive were fantastic in helping me when I decided to purchase a business. They helped me set up the company and all the complicated paper work and Ray sat down with me and went over all the business information in great detail and even helped me save money in the negotiation stages. Once the business was signed over, the team set me up on there accounting software which made managing my sales and tax a breeze. I could not recommend the team at Proactive Business Services more!
