AboutSpace is no ordinary lighting store. I had visited so many lighting stores without much success until I discovered the AboutSpace website. They have so many unique designs, including modern and minimalistic designs that I've been looking for, without a hefty price tag.Then even have a showroom so I can see what the lights really look like.Hanny, the lighting consultant at AboutSpace Alexandria, was really helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my emails and questions and gave me very useful information and ideas. I'm seriously impressed by his excellent service. I ended up buying most of the decorative lights for my new home from AboutSpace. I wished I found this place earlier so I didn't have to waste so much time going to many other stores. Do yourself a favour and make sure you check out AboutSpace.

He replied quickly and in detail to all my emails. I have installed the Spin 560 and Leon track for kitchen. The products were delivered earlier than scheduled. Most lighting shops feel like they're stuck in the 70s. Not this one. Every product good quality, contemporary items. Good, pleasant service too.

She helped me with the creation and then what products work with my home. My delivery took 7 weeks longer than the specified date, with no follow up contact and the items were incorrect. When I tried to return the items it took the company over a week to reply and a further 4 days to half organise a return courier, that went unscheduled. Nearly 3 months since my order, and I still have the incorrect lights and no refund. Courtney in particular was rude and unhelpful both on the phone and via email. I don't recommend buying from About Space and wish I never had.

We are an office design and fitout company and absolutely love working with Tegan and the team at About Space. They have exceptional customer service and their wide range of products allows us to express the feeling we want to achieve in our designs. We highly recommend them and the photos of their products speak for themselves.
