Not sure why the advertise their hours on here and on their website. They clearly have no idea what the time is. They don't open on a Sunday and it's how well after 9 on a Monday and they're still no closer to opening. Only pharmacy in town. Pretty poor formIf they spent less time in setting up 6 hat stands and more time on being a pharmacy I'm sure their service would improve 10%

Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. The staff always go above and beyond our expectations. Our baby needs a compounded antibiotic and we live on the tablelands, they deliver to Cairns and meet us every few weeks. What a wonderful bunch of people!!

The gentleman who was the Pharmacist was very friendly. However the old shop assistant lady who opened up late was rude and grouchy. I asked if I should come back a bit longer but said no and after making my purchase she made a comment that she hates people barging in the shop while opening. I don't mind the overpriced items but at least smile, Lady. She also didn't give me the non-drowsy sea sickness tablet as she says it doesn't work and insists on buying another brand. Couldn't drive the whole day after realising the med she recommended was making me drowsy.

Friendly, helpful staff.Pharmacist was very knowledgable and took a great deal of time to help me get what I needed and explain the different medication available.Couldn’t praise the store more! Will definitely be shopping here again.

Ideally located. Handy for you chemist needs or forgotten holiday items. Seems to have slipped a little in the last year with service not as friendly as it used to be.
