DON'T EVER GO HERE. These people don't listen, don't communicate, don't follow reference images and cut whatever they feel.They butchered my hair that i had been growing for a year. I had asked for my money back and the man kept arguing that I had received what i had asked for. Absolute joke.I did end up getting my money back after a heated conversation, which will now go into getting my hair fixed elsewhere.

I was persuaded to purchase the value voucher $300 during my first visit to the shop. I bought that and went there a few times for my hair do.I felt the hairstylist were always rushing and didn't communicate well with the customer. The hairstylist just layered my hair rigorously without even telling me. Each time they would approached me to repurchase the other voucher. Due to the poor service , I declined the offer. I then let my husband to use my voucher for his hair cut. Omg, they did a terrible hair cut for him! What kind of service was that! They only interested to serve you well if you buy the voucher from them. Otherwise, they just simply did the hair cut when you showed no interest in continuing with them.I urge you all to think twice before commit with them. For me, it's a regret!My husband needs to go for another hair cut because it looks horrible

the male hairdresser there is so arrogant he doesn't listen to customer's request. He just cuts customer's hair as his will not by customer's request. Don't ever go here. There are plenty of other hair salons around that area just simple don't go here.

I used to love this place and they always did a good job. I went in for a cut on Saturday without wash and was over charged $35 also the lenghth remained nearly identical and i also pointed out i wanted them shorter. Also every time after the cut they would curl my hair but they did not do it this time and as soon as i got into the car my hair was just frizzy.

Hairdresser wouldn’t listen to requests or feedback - completely different cut and look to what was asked for. Guy with glasses and man bun just cut however he wanted even though the look didn’t suit my face shape, and didn’t communicate at all. Had to go somewhere else to fix the result ): Receptionist was quick to charge and usher me through the door after. Really bad experience - would highly not recommend

Very annoyed, really bad haircut, dont listen to instruction given when mentioned just trimming.Haircut doesnt suit makes the person looks even worse than before!! It was less than 10 mins cut, a very unprofessional, careless haircut. Even my family members commented- hair becomes so thin.Male hairstylist. Don't understand how simple hair trimming can turn out this bad! He needs to upskill. Just realised there are many complaints about the guy with glasses

I went in to get my hair dye ash brown and they did ash blonde. I also asked to thin out my hair which they didn’t do! I would accept ash blonde if it actually was ash blonde but it ended up with purple and green colouring at the top part. They claim that because I dyed my hair before and that’s the results of it even after bleaching for 2 times. Yes, I have dyed it black top root for balayage, but the purple and green is coming out at random spots! This is absolutely disgusting and I had to go home and dye it a darker colour so I can go to work the next day.Not to mention that they charged me $505!

The WORST salon and worst hair cut that I ever had. Very rude, I just told how to cut my hair, they don’t know how to communicate, the guy who wears the glasses even use the curse words, he thought I couldn’t understand Korean at all, I have to go somewhere else to fix my hair cut, very unprofessional, it makes me really upset, DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!!

I always get really good haircuts done here, but this time I was especially happy with the job the lady did on my hair. It looks great and is easy to style after each shower
