Petting zoo in the meat section is a great place for the kids to hang out and play with the ringtail possum's while i go shopping

Every time I shop at Coles I find something wrong with the bill. It is annoying going back and wasting time the last two weeks I have bought KB salmon fillets and been overcharged and at different store's should have been seven dollars charged nine dollars fifty. It is a waste of time.

I recently visited the Coles grocery store in Mitcham shopping centre and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions I had. The store had a great selection of fresh produce and meats, as well as a wide variety of pantry staples. I also appreciated the convenient self-checkout option for a quick and easy shopping experience. Overall, I had a great experience at this Coles store and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good product availability. Clean and tidy. 'Click and collect' service is efficient. Be sure to take a coin with you to unchain a shopping cart when you visit (or one of the staff members will help if you ask them politely)

Place needs to be bulldozed and gutted its old outdated the produce is disgusting , not to mention ive been violently ill numerous times from there deli meats. The staff are a joke to busy being judgmental dinosaurs. To actually carr about where they work or how they carry their company name. If i could give it less stars i would I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO TINSTALL SQAURE OR BRENTFORD SQAURE the produce will be edible and not looking like they have jyst dumpster dived all there Fresh produce". FOR SHAME COLES MITCHAM FOR SHAME."

This has to be the worst Coles I’ve been to in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I asked a crew member for the location of an item and they just glared at me and walked away. Not impressed.

I place click and collect orders every week at this store (only because it’s the closest to me) and 80% of the time there’s some sort of issue with the order. The team who delivers the orders have no idea what needs to be in the order and just say there might be items missing and ask to call coles online to resolve the problem. Sometimes the placed orders get just cancelled close to the collection time and nobody seems to care when asked about it. It’s so frustrating having to call the hotline all the time !
