A great place to go for medical needs. The staff listened to me carefully when I had a problem with my medications and came up with several helpful options, including making sure they always had my critical medicines in stock, and set aside for me. They are courteous, professional and kowledgeable. I received a phone call two hours after I left to tell me they had managed to secure the medicine I require.

I went to tis pharmacy because my doctor recommended me getting my medication here. I didn't had my Medicare card with me at the time but my doctor reassured me that I could claim my money back with just the receipt so that I didn't needed to worry. My medication was costing me 300$ so it was very important for me to be able to claim my money back. When I talked to the Pharmacists I explained the situation that I didn't have my Medicare number but that I needed to receipt to claim my money back. The Pharmacists gave me a receipt but made a crucial mistake. He wrote the receipt for a private medical insurance that I don't have instead for Medicare (what I clearly asked for) When I went to a Medicare office we noticed this mistake and I couldn't get my money refunded. I tried reaching out to the pharmacy and even the woman working for Medicare reached out multiple times to the pharmacy to correct this mistake. He refused to change my receipt and because of this Medicare can't refund me. I'm really upset and disappointed. I'm paying 300$ out of my pocket because of him and he refuses to fix his mistake. It's awful and incorrect! I would not wish this to happen to anybody else.
