The lady helping me at the storage facility was just a joy to deal with. She was so lovely if I had a business I would want her working for my company.

Moving is always stressful. There was a bit of confusion at time of check in. I thought I had booked a bigger space however when I arrived it was much smaller than expected. Mix up at online booking.I was advised could either take another or a larger unit however was told to try it first and see. I had my cat in the car after a 10 hour trip so was stressed to leave as soon as possible whilst removalist unloaded. I was asked if wanted to bring him in the office in the cool which was nice. Thank you for this offer. I managed to get the items I wanted to fit in the unit and got back to new place with no issue.Thank you team for your support and understanding during this time.

After a horrendous interstate experience with a removalist company, I had to organise my own storage within 15 minutes or my furniture would have been returned to Sydney. Both Tiah and Alison worked super quickly to be able to provide a suitable storage unit for me. Thank you SO much to these ladies, absolutely amazing customer service.

The two ladies working today were super helpful and polite. I needed another box for moving and they lended me a tape measure and a box cutter, turned my average day into a good one :)

The hospitality is great and they shown me everything I needed too know on key entry too storage location and entry times. The premises is very clean, secured and in a safe environment. I recommend a great place too store your valuables.
