Choice Fresh Meals

I found the people I have spoken to very polite and helpful for my first order. Delivery arrived on time and I love that there is just a re-useable bag, not the foam and gel other companies use that is so bad environmentally.Meals may be a little dearer than other companies but are vastly better in taste and quality. I'm ordering again.

Meals are great, fresh tasty and good value...delivery was prompt and friendly.Highly recommended.

I wish to score a 0 if I could. The store is very bad. Food quality is inferior and tastes bad. And there are problems with the restaurant managers, mental health problems, and character problems. Going to this store is not recommended. Very not recommended.

By far the best quality home delivered meals in Melbourne, I have always had a great experience with their staff. Also i have recommended to many of my friends with elderly parents or busy lives, now being able to order online and email makes things very easy.

Today Lorraine placed an order over the phone with a male representative who was very rude and abrupt, even when she was trying to accommodate his attitude. To my knowledge this employee may have been the same one with the same attitude that Lorraine dealt with on the Queen's Birthday public holiday. Lorriane called again and requested to speak to a manager, but this time a female employee answered with a rude and abrupt manner and Lorraine's response was that she was going to email the company complaining about the rude interaction. At no time during the call did Lorraine show rudeness or aggression towards your employees, and has been distraught for several hours after.Regards Peter Buysen

If I could rate this company less than 1 star, I would.Spoke to a man named Richard over the phone yesterday. What an horrendous human being.Very unprofessional, extremely abrupt, not willing to assist or listen.I have been told by many people that the food is great but that won't compare to the attitude of the sales people.I suggest you get a new job Richard, one that isn't in customer service!!!!

I find their meals to be the best prepared meals I’ve ever had delivered. Not only is it a vast menu but the meal size is really good and the food quality is fantastic!Unfortunately though the customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with!So really it’s a trade off. Are you willing to put up with the rude unbearable customer service to get the fantastic food or not. Personally, I am. I just love their food. I do as much as I can online and deal with their team as little as possible.

Just finished ham and cheese potato bake . Wow excellent presentation and flavours scored4 out of 5 my wife loves it . That's two out of three. Had the salmon patties yesterday. Structure of patties excellent spoilt by lack of salmon flavour and oodles to many peas. Have placed order for next week . Thank you for the desserts also, excellent no faults at all . If the next 4 meals are as good you will have new regular customer. Thank you Q
