Korean Cleaners

I only put 1 star so I could write this review otherwise it would be a minus 10. I used Korean Cleaners for more than 3 years. Initially I thought they were okay but then I caught them not using any cleaning products to clean my house but using my own items, meaning, I have very expensive hand wash in my guest toilet I caught them using my hand wash to clean the toilet. Then when they would mop the house I noticed it never smelt clean when I questioned them I discovered all they were doing is using hot water, no cleaning product (this is certainly not my standard of clean). On several other occasions I observed when 1 of the girls were vacuuming (so it sounds they are busy cleaning) the other would sneak of into another room and make personal phone calls, she did this repeatedly. They are punctual, appear nice and friendly to your face but cheat you in every way they can. I was prepared to pay extra $ as they arrive with all their own equipment and cleaning products but it is all for show. BE WARNED they are nit picking, penny pinching dishonest people. I would never use them again.

Outstanding service! I booked for professional business cleaning, The 2 cleaners turned up on time, were very polite, explaining everything they were going to do then they set about doing it - very quickly! The end result was amazing, sparkling windows, bathrooms, kitchen, walls, skirting boards and all those nooks and crannies. The receptionist who took my booking was also very polite and helpful. Ray and Young have been cleaning my house for over a year now, and we love them.I am an Australian business owner. For years I have been looking for a cleaner to help us with are ever growing work schedules, needing more time working and less time on checking if my cleaner is doing a good job.We found ray through word of mouth and have not looked back, he and his team come in and clean my 3 bedroom home with 3 toilets in a couple of hours !If you are thinking of a cleaner, look no more he is the real dill!!!
