Great Service and products. My wife ordered a case for my Samsung phone as a gift. She ordered it early just in case it was slow in arriving. However we were very pleasantly surprised that it arrived to our regional address in only 3 days with standard delivery.Cannot praise the service we received from Newcase highly enough. In this day and age when so many business are only interested in getting your buck and forgetting about why they are in business and who keeps their doors open Newcase is a breath of fresh air.Once again top marks to Newcase, highly recommend for your next phone accessory!

Ordered a case from this company on the 25/6, now the19/7. Have sent 2 emails and 1 message. No response. No number to talk to anyone. Supposed to deliver in 3-7 working days. Do yourself a big favour and don't use this company.

We ordered a new case for a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, 2 weeks ago. It arrived within a week, only to find it was damaged. So we emailed them back, got a reply from Brett. No problems, sorry about that. We will send a replacement, which arrived yesterday. All free postage. Amazing service, highly recommend to anyone needing a phone cover or anything else they sell. They are in Queensland, which also helps in these Covid days.

I bought the case and a screen protector from this seller. They only sent me the case so i contacted them and they said sorry we will send one tomorrow"After 10 days.. they still haven't sent it and they have just ignored my emails.Also the quality of the case is really bad. I paid $23 for it but the quality is just so bad.Think twice before using this site."

I bought a case for my Samsung s8+ from the people. I can't use hands free, as no one can hear me and the plastic is so thick where you plug in the headphones, the cord actually won't plug in. It can't reach the actual plug hole.I tried contacting them on their site, they've ignored my message, their phone number rings out and it is impossible to 'leave a message' as stated on their web site. I found them on Facebook and tried contacting them on there, they blocked me. I them found them on Ebay and advised them that I would be contacting the ombudsman as they are ignoring and blocking all of my attempts to have the situation fixed. After two emails asking them to contact me or I'd contact the ombudsman to see who I should contact to report their business, this was their email trying to scare me and to get away with selling products that don't work and not have to refund money. Remember while reading this, all I've done is try to contact them regards to a faculty product and advise them I'd be contracting the ombudsman for advice on to how to report them and their dodgy business.It's our policy not to respond when someone is aggressively attacking us as you are doing. I had a really positive experience with this company. I ordered my phone cases was pleased when the company sent prompt updates on the dispatching of my order. My order was dispatched on the day that I placed my order and arrived shortly afterwards. The phone cases are functional and appear to be well made. I would recommend this company.

I am very happy with my new Sony case and the service I received. There was a delay due to the colour not being available. The replacement colour was sent immediately by express post at no extra cost to me.
