Sunny served us. He was attentive to our wants and needs, he showed us a number of lounges that would suit our needs. He was jovial, he wasn’t pushy trying to make a sale. He understood our time frame before we need our new couch. I could not more highly recommend dealing with Lativa and Sunny

We were dealing with a lovely lady unfortunately there was an incorrect price tag listed on a furniture piece that we wanted to purchase, the lady called the manager who didn't allow to sell it for the incorrect sale ticket on the furniture. The other sale rep Sunny was so arrogant and rude in terms of customer service. We wasted our time as they didn't want to call their manager at the start to confirm if the item will be sold at the tagged price and we were only told that they won't sell at that price when we went to make payment.
