Just had one burnt triple espresso.The atmosphere is lovely & the service, good.Didn't eat this time around, but recalling from a visit quite a long time ago, the food is pretty great here.

We had Big Breakfast, Chicken Avocado and Camembert Panini and a Steak Sandwich and it was all beautiful. Staff were friendly and place was cosy and nice. A must try for breakfast brunch or lunch.

A great cafe sitting high above Flinders Street and super busy on Sunday. We enjoyed our breakfast very much and had chilli baked eggs and chorizo Benedict. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out fast. The chilli was really yummy!

Upstairs venue in the heart of Townsville. Very noisy on arrival following the use of the venue for a breakfast work function. The noise continued. Prompt and efficient service from the wait staff. Many different choices but menu does not offer fried eggs as an option, even though it is available. Tasty dishes for six guests were not served together, even though we were the only guests on arrival. Not a biggie. Certainly worth checking out.

Great experience. Busy place so might suggest ringing to book. We didn't get to the balcony this time but will be back and book outside earlier.

My family & I had a wonderful breakfast experience at The Balcony.. great coffee & delicious meals at a reasonable price. Best avo on toast I’ve ever had (& I live in Melbourne where there are plenty of great food choices). Highly recommend.
