Shalom House is nothing but a cult. Well known by police. Don’t go there. You will have religion shoved down your throat even when they so they won’t. When you leave you only get some of your items back. They yell at your family and parents. Won’t let you take any kind of medication at all… even if it’s life saving. They’re are abusive. And if this sounds bad … it is worse.

I had a crew at my place to do some gardening. Steel edge along the footpath, replanting flowers and bushes, topping up with woodchips and the repotting of some pot plants.I am very happy with the result and would recommend Shalom House.

The best rehabilitation centre in Australia. The recovery doesn't happen overnight or couple of months, like with any kind of addiction. You have to commit to a program and keep working on becoming a better person. It's a hard work but ask yourself, isn't learning a new skill always a hard work? You have to practice every day until you master it. And life is like that.

We had a group of men last year come and share with us and this year a group of women come and share. Fantastic. It is from what I can see and what I hear a holistic program on a Biblical and clinical basis. High rates of positive volunteerism and experienced professional support staff are on hand. Tough love is used to cut through the years of self deception, lying and isolation that have led to so much carnage and destruction in the family. But behind that tough love is a very tender heart.

Shalom Works did my house removal on Wednesday. I am so pleased with how it all went, from booking the move with Tasza, Emma handling the payment, and Lee and Josh doing the heavy removal work. Yes this is a rehab that takes control via power of attorney, yes this program is run by an ex-con. Yes we dont always agree on everything, but I can agree that I have my wife back, our kids have their mother back. Addiction is no laughing matter and these guys grab it by the horns. I've spoken to the man running it and there are very few like him. The residents are well behaved, they work and give their lives to God. I see their testimonials on family night, these people have lives restored and changed for the better. Thank you Shalom House

We had a group of these men do parking attendance at the Ellenbrook Speedway on the weekend and all I can say is what a fantastic job they did. We got nothing but professionalism from them all.
