my husband and I are BP members but won't be using them again after this:1. This particular station won't even allow the public to use their toilets. I've just had a baby and as people know holding on is not an option for many women! It is very UnAustralian for petrol stations not to provide this service to their community!2. I was left embarrassed in front of my older children because I had an accident trying to get to another toilet!!! So I had to return home and change and then I was late to where I was going!3. Because they wouldn't let me use the toilet I eventually ended up at Shell to fill up which happened to be cheaper! So now because of this incident; I've worked out that we can actually save more money shopping around for cheaper prices (like $30 a fill cheaper) than being loyal customers to BP and getting points to fill up!Unless there is a reasonable excuse not to allow someone to use the toilet then service stations are there to service the community, which is why their called service stations! Very disappointed!
