Arthur is great with small with motors, he fixed my Husqvarna Chainsaw within the day. Good old fashioned service, and very reasonable on pricing. Shop is old school cool, and very happy with service

I rang this store - Arthur answered the phone - what a male chauvinistic pig. At first he hung up on me. Enraged I called back & asked why he hung up on me - he lied & said we got cut off - BS I heard you smash the phone down in my Ear- Arthur then proceeded to speak to me in an extremely rude & aggressive manner. I told him he was a grumpy old man & he said yes I am

Rude old man. Suprised he’s had any customers! There are many other mower repair stores in Bendigo that would go out if their way for your business don’t waste you time and patience here!

Arthur spent the time to educate on the basics of tuning a small engine for my future use. The same day service was backed up with a courtesy call to let me know the job had been completed earlier than anticipated. Honest affordable costing. Very pleased with the job.

The customer service was an absolute disgrace. Wasn't very friendly over the phone and was very rude and condescending in person. Very grumpy man. Would not recommend this business at all.

I've dealt with Arthur on a few occasions now...had no problems at all, might be best to make the trip into the shop personally..always done a great job for me. Dont waste his time asking for a repair of a machine that might be better off in landfill.

Grumpy old fella who has no respect towards customers. Cant say how good/bad his work is, as just meeting him was enough to know i wouldn't have him pump up my tires let alone fix anything.

Absolute waste of time going here , rang up to have mover repairs / service . Traveled over 80ks to get there , On arrival , not interested in doing the job and treated very poorly , hopeless customer service , looks like a backyarder service anyway . Go elsewhere , this guy is hopeless .

Called into ask about getting mower looked at as wouldn't start. Dropped it off Friday was ready Saturday lunchtime. Very prompt service and good price for a service, clean and blades sharpened.
