I had a English breakfast tea and it was horrible. Did even taste like English breakfast tea, i didn't even drink the tea. I can say the chairs are very comfortable

After choosing our meal and paying for it, myself and my husband sat at one of the more comfortable seats along the wall ... there were dirty plates and cups from the previous customer but surely it would be noticed soon? We sat for a fair amount of time and the dirty dishes were only cleaned away because our coffees were brought to us and even then a dirty cup was left and the table wasn't wiped or cleaned. After waiting quite a considerable amount of time our lunches arrived and l could see why it took so long ... the bacon with my husbands big breakfast was almost black and disintegrated on the first touch from the fork, it must have been cooked for a long time to get it in that state. The baked beans were hard and almost cold. I had fish and chips, the chips and salad were nice ... the fish was dry and untasty. In all the time we sat there our table wasn't wiped from the first customer ... the two staff didn't muster a smile between them to anyone and seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else ... l could see their point though, l wanted to be somewhere else too.

Not bad. Pricing was in the general range. Quality of food same thereof. Didn't blow my socks off, but didn't leave disappointed. Willing to come back.Neat, clean and tidy. Food and drink came in a reasonable time.Worth a go

We came quite late near closing and they were fantastic Janice served us and even though she was closing up she could not be more helpful. The food was delicious. We really appreciate her going out of the way for us. Will definitely look up the nearest Caffisim next time we are in Perth

Got two plates out together and then had to sit and wait a further 5-10 mins for the chips and gravy.

I went to Caffissimo in Armadale for the first time today and cannot tell you how impressed I was. The steak sandwich was outstanding. The turkish roll was fresh, homemade bbq sauce delicious and the steak was tender and moist. The chips were delicious too! The cappuccino was honestly the best cup of coffee I've have in Perth since moving from Melbourne nine months ago. Who'd have thought!! In a café at a local shopping center!?! The customer service from the guy who made my coffee was 10/10! I am flabbergasted by the negative reviews some people have written about this place. I understand the tables and chairs are not ultra-modern, and in fairness, it is not the cheapest place to buy lunch. However, after sinking my teeth into that steak sandwich, I thought the price was totally justified. I highly recommend and will most certainly be back whenever I'm in Armadale!

Paid $20 for a cup of cappuccino and a breakfast burger. Worst breakfast ever. Bacon was bitter, burger was burnt and soggy.

Really good as term of food. I didn't take a picture of it. But worth coming. We had both beef burger with chips. So good party was thick and plenty of chips for single serve..very generous. I'm not local in Armadale but worth to come here support local business

Food was fine but the decaf soy flat white coffee was horrid. Couldn't drink it. Not sure what they did to make it so bad. Won't be buying coffee from here again. The place is inside the shopping centre so I thought it would be a good place to visit. I was wrong. I shall self flagellate tonight.
