Solitude Pilates
Great experience! The instructor was knowledgeable and encouraging, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet energizing. The use of the reformer machine made the exercises challenging yet enjoyable, and I definitely felt the burn in all the right places. I can't wait to go back and continue my pilates journey!

Great pilates studio. It's great having one-on-one sessions as it really helps to make sure you are getting the most out of the workout. Would highly recommend to anyone.
