Homes North

Absolutely disgraceful company with clients smashing up houses lighting fires spreading rubbish and playing loud music and parties going all the time. Complaints to homes north about the residents in their houses continue to go ignored by me and other home owners.Next step will to be contact with the CEO of homes north in regards to the free range of clients to do as they please to rented property and allowing homes north renters to take over vacant blocks that are private owned to use as car parking and dumping ground. Home north need to go through clients homes do inspection and if they are smashing it up and getting complaints homes north need to take action. They are letting areas become overrun with drug addicts causing owners property value to drop and hinder area house sales.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Extremly poor communication, confusing and unwilling to help. Horrible living conditions and made me pay to fix. Hard to understand rent reciepts and process. Couldn't be bothered turning up to appointments took months to get anything done if at all. Didn't show for final inspection then gave a false report to claim my bond. Refused to take care of pest problem. Refused to evict violent nieghbor. To top it off will talk down to you and make you feel like scum. Good luck to anyone that's forced into a position where they have to rely on these horrible people
