We just moved to Darwin with my partner and looking for a place to rent. We went to multiple showings and everybody was polite, lovely and helpful. The agent from Elders not only didn’t walk us through the apartment and tell us about the features but also was completely not interested in having any sort of conversation with us or finding a solution that would suit our requirements.

Landlords avoid Elders Darwin to manage your place. As a tenant, I've had 3 different property managers in 4 months because they keep leaving. They don't answer calls and do not respond to emails. They have yet to inspect the place, the owner would have no real idea what I've done in here. Critical maintenance reported but no action taken from Elders on things that will likely render the property uninhabitable if not addressed.

Korey Ainslie Is a fantastic property manager who is thorough with her day-to-day management of our property.Korey was especially great when dealing with our tenant who would not move out and was in arrears with their rent.
