Ebony was approachable, friendly and efficient, sorting out the best membership for me well under my budget. The gym is spotless with a great range of machines, free weights and cardio, while all members were courteous and considerate. You can tell they really are like a family at this gym!

This is probably a medium sized gym for Jetts as there was more equipment than some of their smaller gyms and the equipment was is okay condition. The Manager was helpful on my last visit giving me a replacement tag as well as updating details. They’re extremely friendly when you come in and the visitors are also pretty friendly.Edit. New layout is way better! June 19.

Jetts staff are always so friendly and welcoming, its a small gym but thats what my partner and I like especially for the price we pay fortnightly. No lock in contracts which is also a bonus.Tip: I feel like now that I mention it,it wont be but around 12 on weekdays is when its pretty quiet for those like me who get a lil anxious when its full. :)

Sending me a message saying they were going to suspend my membership because of a one miss payment, thats not okay. I had the money in my account last Friday but due to public holiday, it may have not gone through. Do not send me another message like, otherwise I will not be returning. I'm normally good at paying my membership on time, but the public holiday mucked that up so yeah, that's not my fault.

Jetts gym is so great? Staff are fantastic, friendly and yes I am a amputee but they treat me so well, am back there tomorrow morning. If anyone is looking to join a gym, please come down check it out...

It's a pretty good gym, and I had a good experience here.Sadly, I had to stop coming. Cancelling is actually pretty easy. Just email the coomera jetts email.

Such a great Gym! All the staff are happy and helpful. They get to know clients individual needs and remember your name! Super helpful if your a newbie and have no idea what your doing. Always give you tips and tricks on form and progress or how to use machines. Plenty of free weights and variety of machines for everyone even in busy times. Good choices in classes are and are always asking for suggestions to better the gym. Members are all nice and friendly everything is clean and tidy. Great gym I'm never leaving!
