I had a very poor experience with this agency. I recommend anyone using their service not pay a deposit or holding fee until you confirm that the apartment / unit you are looking at complies with all building codes and regulations...Better yet just don't deal with them.

When you go for an inspection on a property, THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING AS IT HAS ALREADY BEEN FIXED (WHICH CLEARLY HAS NOT). BE WARNED.
