I have been going to his Practice for many many years and have been seeing the same doctor for most of that time. She is always prepared when I have an appointment and has helped me with several health issues that I have had. I couldn't be happier with the care that I receive. I would add that all the people on reception are always welcoming and helpful.

Great surgery, I regularly see Dr Carolyn Slattery and Dr Nivi. Nurses are fab too. Great with kids for vaccinations. My only criticisms would be that there are often long wait times on hold if you call, and that it can be very hard to get an appointment, but in today’s covid times I expect that’s the same for many GP clinics.

As a current patient , calling on a Tuesday to be told first available appointment is Friday is not acceptable.I mentioned to the curt receptionist that my face was swelling up with a bacterial infection. Bad luck sir try another medical centre .I have previously seen.Dr Izon good doctor .Reception and attitude leaves a bit to be desired .I do understand it’s Covid times and we are busy which I understand .I Didn’t even complain about being on hold for twenty minutes .I then called thrift park Medical and told similar however when I mentioned my issue I was told yes sir come late we will see you.

Took my five year old son for his COVID-19 vaccination. The staff were amazing and gentle, distracting him with lollipops whilst giving the injection. He barely knew it had happened! Highly recommend this practice. Friendly, kind staff and no waiting times.

A friendly welcoming practice with professional receptionists who are caring and accommodating. I have being seeing doctors here for over 15 years and very rarely had a problem. Whatever doctor I have seen they listen, care and always ask me how things are going which is always reassuring. They will book you in when they can because it is a very busy practice with so many families and retirees in the area. It's worth the wait. I always look forward to my visits.

Dr Nevi is marvellous. Clever and effective appointments with a lovely manner. Ever reliable with Telehealth service, and prompt with prescriptions sent via QR to the chemist, to be able to order and pay for with the chemist app. Brilliant service. Thank you, Natalie

My regular Dr is retiring, and I needed to find a new Dr to suit my needs as an elderly, but busy lady. I rang Parkdale Medical Centre and was treated happily and helpfully on the phone. I have had my first visit today, made a very easytransition to my new Dr, who listened and helped me with my needs. Thank you.

$80 for a blood test rip off some of the nurses are nice but the one I had didn’t understand me and what I needed
