Visited WFW, I had to match up a no name branded filter with one similar, WFW were very eager to help and gave me a few options.Great communication and easy to deal with.I will return in 12 months.

Visited the quicky gang down at Phil to warehouse this morning. Can’t write their service high enough. Got offered a lot of extras flush my filter for me dispose of my old filter for me no one does that kind of stuff any more really good job can’t wait to buy something of them again thanks guys

Rod was pleasant and helpful, was even prepared to install the very next day (mentioned I would not have much time in the next week)I opted for self install and he labelled all the hoses on the RO kit. Wouldn't have needed it but just made the install a little quicker.

I've using water filter warehouse for years they call me when my system needs a service arrange a time and arrive within that time, do the job and go. They always clean up, are courteous and polite. Yes they charge a little more but I've just call them out to fix a leak they came out fixed the problem and NO CHARGE. Tell me where else in today's market will you find that? I recommend them to anyone who wants it done right first time.

The cantankerous old guy who owns and runs this place has absolutely zero people skills. He stuffed me around and wasted my time. They must survive off trade sales because he has no idea how to treat a retail customer. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

First class!I bought a reverse osmosis filter from WFW 24 years ago.It is compact, gives crystal clear drinking water, and has never given any problem.It must be serviced every year, so WFW calls me when the next service is due, then the technician comes to my house and does this taking less than 30 minutes.1. All dealings with this firm are polite and friendly.2. They are reliable and have never missed a service.3. The cost is amazingly low - this year's charge was $35.I thoroughly recommend this firm. They could not do better
