I requested an out-of-stock product, and they telephoned other member stores to find it. Unfortunately none were in stock. I had resigned myself to not finding this product. A week later when they were in stock, they remembered my number and gave me a call back. The employees here went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for it.

Had a confirmed appointment for a vaccination but pharmacy was shut despite a sign saying it should be open. Nobody picked up the provided phone number either. Will avoid in the future.
