I would like to thank Tracey for her excellent customer service and expertise. I purchased 4 cushions and a throw today and can’t stress highly enough how helpful she was, even going out the back to get items to show me. Nothing was too much trouble. She is friendly, has a great knowledge of the products and puts things together so effectively. Tracey is an asset to this company and I highly recommend her.

Hi I attended your waurn ponds store in the homemaker centre and purchased two cushion, one didn't have a price tag but i was told they were both 65 dollars so that was fine. I took them home they didn't match my furniture so I returned them only to be scolded by a sales assistant with dark hair, that these didn't match the receipt despite I had only purchased them an hour early and had returned with everything.I was treated like I was a scam artist for returning the cushions even after explaining the situation and the lady who sold them to me standing right there

Shopping here should be fun but... I was scolded like a child for not using hand sanitizer on entry despite having come directly from home where I had washed my hands before leaving. I was surprised there was no click and collect option for this store and the website told me the product was available then not, then available and no one was answering the phone for me to ask. For some reason prices and discounts are not visible on many products and displays meaning customers must handle items, kind of stupid in covid times!

Always very good service at this particular store. Very friendly welcoming staff..it's completely opposite to the store in the waurn ponds centre.There are a lot more options here too and if they don't have something there they can order it to come and you can either pick it up or deliver it to your home. It's a really big store and set up beautifully with plenty of space for you to walk around.
