I can't even begin to give my sincerest thank you to John and the team at Peacefull funeral services for helping my family in organising my father's funeral. John sat down with us over a coffee and with his experience and comforting words we were able to organise and give my father the send off he deserved. Great Service for John Bergman a day I went forget I recomend

Peaceful Funeral Services were amazing during what was a sad time for our family. Having my father pass away suddenly and never having arranged a funeral before the team at Peaceful Funeral Services were there to walk me through every step and answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond and always acted with care and kindness and reassured me of the process at all times. I would highly recommend the team at Peaceful Funeral Services.

They were soo disrespectful with my father who passed, they put him in a small box when he is a heavy set man! They had no respect!! It was so heartbreaking to see that!! No matter what you do don't go to these peopleThey don't care about your loved one.

My brother recently passed and my mum, nephews and I needed help in organising the funeral. John stepped us through it calmly and practically. John has been doing this for many years and it shows in his presentation, caring and compassionate approach. He even scheduled a meeting on a Sunday so that my nephews understood the process we were about to embark on. The extended team of Kylie and Kath were tremendous help with organising the music, photo presentation and bookmarks. Nothing was ever an issue. I asked lots of questions! I was so very grateful for their help. John's eulogy, with our input, was above my expectations showing his expertise on such things. The feedback from family and friends cemented our view that my brothers funeral was the best one they had ever been to. I would entrust John and the team to organise our next funeral which we know is coming upon us soon.

Peaceful Funeral Services gave Mum a lovely send off. John and the team were all lovely and we had every thing we asked for and more. It has been almost 4 years since my youngest son, Michael passed away. It was a dreadful time for us all and trying to get through all the red tape. We waited for two weeks for his body to be released to us to take home to NZ. We only saw him 3 times in that time; for us being a Maori whanau(family)that had to be the hardest part. We were so blessed to have Vinka and the team from Peaceful Funeral Services. They took care of everything we couldn't. Their help with the coroners office, chasing up the police who still had his Passport, booking him on the same flight home as us was such a relief. They even had a Maori minister in their service who was all the way from the East Coast State Highway 35 where we are also from. Having dealt with other Maori whanau - they understood us completely and we were so grateful. Thank you Vinka for everything you guys did to help us with my baby's journey home. Also thank you for indulging the whanau who have recently visited you to see where Mike was taken care of and see his plaque on the memory wall. I am sorry it has taken so long to write this review. I hope you are well, we are as well as can be expected - still missing Mike terribly. God Bless <3
