I spoke with several people at Sunbather and all of them gave competent answers, were friendly and efficient. They explained the improvements Sunbather made to the cover and I am hoping it will last longer. The cover definitely extends the swimming season by 2 months as it keeps the heat from the solar heating in the water and it stops evaporation.

What a great company to deal with..From the day we initially got the quote to completion of installation 100% satisfied.The pool and spa cover is amazing. Our pool stays so clean that I hardly have to use our dolphin cleaner. It's unbelievable how the temperature of the pool stays at a beautiful temperature.The staff are so lovely, professional and helpful.Thanks for offering a great product and business..Highly recommend

There was an eight week wait for service but strangely enough they sent the invoice out immediately even though I had to wait until after Xmas to have my issue resolved. Used a competitor and they were fantastic. I had to ring twice to get any service. The only thing I got was an invoice with no service at all.

Great service. Product is fantastic and high quality. Whilst we have an irregular or kidney shaped pool Sunbather have been able to customise and fit accordingly. The roller trolley system is high quality. The unit is very simple and quick to operate. The blanket has extended the usage of our pool and compliments our pool heater - we have a very warm pool. The blanket has well and truly met our expectations. Highly recommend Sunbather.

Purchased a DYI kit which is custom made to my roof size. The solar mating/tubes are pre cut to size and connected to the manifold. Each roll was numbered to make installation easy. Instructions are easy to follow with good photos. The staff at Sunbather are very quick to reply to any questions.

We had to wait two months to make an appointment, but Sunbather arrived promptly on the day. The technician, who let us know he was coming an hour beforehand, was very friendly and efficient in resolving our pool issue.
