Communication is terrible they rarely answer the phone, They don't call you back often. They keep contacting me less than 1 hour to say the cleaner is not attending. Once they didn't contact me at all. I have had many conversations where I have let them know that I have an injury and cannot do these tasks. It's extremely important that someone comes every week as I have no one else to do these chores so I can live in a hygienic environment. They don't care!The staff when they have arrived have done a good job but hard to praise when they are not turning up every week.

Disappointed. A day before the clean they lied about the cleaner having a broken vaccum. Once we offered ours, the next lie was that the cleaner is moving interstate... Reeeallyyy? Do not recommend. Do not use thier services.
