We are currently building our family home with Burbank Homes (SA). I have found their service to be impeccable. During a challenging knock-down rebuild process, Burbank has kept in close contact with us every step of the way. Firstly, you would be hard-pressed to find a business where the leader would be reachable. Not the case with Julie Durand of Burbank Homes. During some challenges in the process, Julie was responsive, professional and extremely empathetic in our dealings. I must also praise efforts of both Robbie Laycock and also Darren Francis our construction and site supervisor. I would have to applaud their tenacity where we have critical supply and demand issues. The quality of the work is also exceptional. I would highly recommend Burbank Homes SA to build your 'forever' home.

I have been on to burbank since February 2021 to fix my ceilings and floorboards due to flooding through my kitchen ceiling. This was a fault of the builders as I had a flooding on the day I received my keys back in 2019. In Feb the roofer came out fixed the problem with the roof no problems there, but now I'm having trouble with them coming out to fix damages. Always sending emails to Natalie in home care but always being told we are getting onto the construction people but they are not responding. I ask give me there direct number but no response. I havnt had any response to 2 emails I've sent. I've even gave them a written letter I wrote up from cusumer affairs and gave them 21 days to get this sorted but still no response and that letter was written back in September. I'm very disappointed and I will be following through now with cusumer affairs to do a small claims. All I want is my beautiful home that cost me alot of money and is my pride and joy to be fixed. Because you come to my home and the first thing you see is a ceiling that's water damaged. I need this to be fixed asap tracy downes

The roof of the unit Burbank built for my partner has been leaking for the last year and a half. Despite multiple back and forth emails and calls with them they still havent fixed our issues and dont even return our emails now. Our ceiling is now starting to sag and they still arent interested in coming to help us. Do yourself a favour and never, ever, ever deal with Burbank homes. Absolute garbage

We moved into our Burbank house in March last year. Shortly after that we filled out our 3 month maintenance form due to there being a fly screen missing, laundry door frame being wonky which leaves a gap in the door aswell as other things that we were promised would be fixed. We are also missing a deadlock which is not giving us the security we want in our home. I contacted Burbank last year in July and again in September. It has now been a year and a half and we have still not heard anything as to when they plan to get these things done. Our laundry door currently has sticky tape along the side due to spiders and other bugs coming in. The toilet roll holders spin around, meaning guests can't even use the bathroom without the toilet roll falling on the floor and it’s really disappointing having to show friends and family our incomplete house.We now have to sort these things out ourselves out of our pocket because they will never get done. Do not build with this company!

So far our experience with Burbank has been optimal and we have no complaints. We have just been released to construction and the admin stage whilst slow (for reasons out of control of the builder), was a process made bearable with friendly staff who had good communication with us at every stage.We first signed our contracts in November 2022 with Neil who no longer works for Burbank but deserves a mention for designing our custom plans and answering all our questions. We were then handed over to Christine who also, was lovely and always helpful. She responded to my multiple emails always within the day - she even responded to an email sent at 8:40pm on a Sunday night within minutes!Cherie from Edge was thorough and very knowledgeable and we commend her for her efforts taking us through the selection studio answering all our questions! She provided advice on where we should splurge and upgrade things whilst still remaining in our budget. She went out of her way to provide us multiple quotes for different options so we could weigh up costs in our own time.After our plans were all sorted we moved into the pre-construction phase and had Sherona looking after us. Sherona offered us support when we needed it, answered all of our questions promptly and was very thorough in her work keeping us informed at every stage along the way, no matter big or small. As this is our second build we were apprehensive about going into the admin stage due to a less than average experience the first time around but this process has relieved a lot of that anxiety.We have recently been referred to construction (20/6/23) and we look forward to the rest of our build process, having no doubt it will be just as, if not more enjoyable than our pre-construction phase.

Burbank have been amazing to build with, despite delays for uncontrollable situations they have been quick to finish our build. My family and I have been living in our home for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier!

Disgusting service, disgusting quality, terrible communication and terrible attitude toward customers. Quick to sell you your dream home" and take your money but never finish the build or come back to fix defects. Absolutey disgusting. Would not recommend!"
