All staff are friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. I always feel amazing and more youthful after my services! I have had both cosmetic injectors Ruth (who has left) and now RN Lucy who is just brilliant! All of my skin care concerns are addressed with a tailored beauty plan and I am always silky smooth with my LHR. Definitely my 1st choice for LASER, SKIN & INJECT. I love my visits to LCA Coffs Harbour.

Unfortunately I was 5 minutes late this morning due to an accident in the carpark, I apologised on arrival and thought appointment would go ahead as is a maintenance which usually takes less than the allotted time, I also had a peel accelerator booked and I was happy to miss that and have the laser instead but this was not acceptable to the manager. I was told that there was no room to still have my laser done today. I was understandably upset as I have previously waited at the same clinic on multiple occasions due to the clinic running late and have never complained - as a customer we understand that appointments run late and are genuinely happy to be flexible. The lack of flexibility and understanding for the situation was quite upsetting. I have pre paid for further treatments but will be unlikely to attend this clinic again. I have noticed since management changed a few months ago that the friendly vibe I once was used to is no longer present. Very disappointing.

After being disatisfied with the service and results from another clinic in Coffs, I took a chance on a promotion offered by LCA. I'm glad I did! I suffered with embarrassing hormonal facial hair and the results speak for themselves!Being nervous after my previous experience Kendall explained the procedure, aftercare and made feel completely at ease. Now Im moving on to treat other areas and I'm no longer nervous and have a new found confidence.Thanks Coffs for having Kendall and Jess in your clinic, always with a welcoming smile! Its always a pleasure!

I have had amazing results thanks to the lovely, professional nurse Ruth. Can highly recommend Ruth to anyone. I will be making ongoing visits to Ruth as the advice and treatment she has provided has had amazing results. Cannot praise her enough!!!

Nurse Practitioner Ruth is hands down the best cosmetic nurse practitioner I have ever found. Her knowledge and experience are rare, and you are in the best of hands. I cannot recommend her highly enough! 10 stars if I could rate her for professionalism, bedside manner, personality, knowledge, skill and safety as an injector and advanced practitioner. She's also lots of fun and very bubbly.

I have now gone in for lip filler treatments twice now! Ruth has been with me from the very start and I cannot recommened her enough! She makes you feel incredibly comfortable as soon as you walk and in and she is amazing at what she does! She answers any questions or worries you may have with a world of knowledge behind her! I walk out everytime LOVING her work! If anyone is thinkng about getting filler Ruth is the one to go to!
