Nice friendly staff who greet you and seem to enjoy providing good service to their customers. They make a great coffee ☕ as well

The old lady with short hair who was working on 05 may 2023 was very rude and racist. I always stopby to fuel my truck from last two years. Whenever she was working here doesn’t greet anyone. And today she straight away deny to make me a coffee and doest even toasted the banana bread. She claimed to be sick but, she made coffee to other customers just few minutes before me. These type of people should not be working if they don’t have the right attitude towards customers. Please look into this matter and take appropriate option.

It was a warm evening, my fuel was running low and I can safely say this bp service station saved me.I managed to fill my car right to its full capacity.The moment I entered I felt welcoming presence and knew that I was in good hands.I am grateful that it just happen to pop up on the Hume when things were really starting to get pretty intense.I am very grateful for this experience and will remember it as I continue this journey through life.

A welcome stop during a lung drive. The station has a good selection of food and there is also a Hungary Jacks there. Excellent coffee at the station.

A really handy stop on the Sydney to Melbourne run just far enough south of Victorian border and just far enough north of Melbourne to stop rest have a decent cup of coffee and a bite to eat
