We were owners returning to a rented property. Three rooms missed. Carpet stains left, doorbell gone and most of the picture hooks removed and missing??? Not happy at all. Would not recommend.

Had the same experience as a few others are reporting, things missed and rushed and left undone, which in turn has delayed my bond return and created a massive inconvenience that they were hired to avoid in the first place. Had to return and finish the job myself. Pretty annoyed!

Would not recommend - a hugely rushed end of lease clean resulting in them having to come back 2 more times to rectify. The house was clean in the first place before the end of lease clean so not difficult to get right.The company have been very unapologetic as to the standard of service received - they were not the cheapest quote we had either.Very disappointed.

Not impressed. Just had a bond clean. Cleaners left early, loads of simple cleaning not done as expected and after asking for them to come back again, it still was not complete.Don't bother!!

We've had Just Blue clean our place twice now (with several months between the cleans) and we are absolutely over the moon with the results. Very professional, very reliable, and very diligent. The latest one even cleaned extra stuff that needed it that wasn't on our list and still finished two hours earlier than the original estimate. We will definitely be keeping Just Blue for any future cleaning needs we have!

Cleaner then when the house was new, was what the realestate agent said when I got Deborah to do my Bond Clean. Had an emergency last miniute Carpet clean in the house I was moving into the day they cleaned the one I was renting .. great price excellent serviceOnly cleaner I would recommend !

Very rushed job, Streaks on the second story windows I cannot reach. Now I have to see those streaks every day. One window missed inside and did not wash off the dust in the main door area. Cash required--did not have enough change. Rushed off before asking if was all OK.
