Picked up my Holden Captiva yesterday and couldnt be happier with the amazing service provided by Brayden and Wayne. Drove down from Melbourne to look at a ute , was very disappointed seeing there was a damage on the back bar and also how the car was dirty. You'd expect if I buyer has put on a 200 dollar holding fee which I still haven't received back and drives 1hr 40 mins down to look at vehicle that it will be clean, especially with a weeks notice. Wasn't notified about the damage but was told it was clean not sure what the definition of clean means to your sales rep.Been waiting nearly two weeks for a follow up for my 200 dollar holding fee which was supposed to be refundable. Very disappointed in the professionalism. Have purchased else where from my experience wouldn't recommend.

Came to look at a van from vw at poyser motors , Mikealy was a breath of fresh air - no pressure , honest and nothing was a problem , test drove it ,and a second van as well - compared it to a couple of others, decided it was for us and a great deal was set up ... love your work Mikealy.

After almost 6 years of excellent, polite & efficient service from Poyser VW I now hesitate to give one star to the recent shambolic experience I endured.Poor communication, indifference, lack of courtesy - they do need to lift their game.
