Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners

Just want to say a big thank you to Kate from Ascot Vale! I needed a box for my dress so I could put it away until next next year, she had it done in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be coming here to have my dress dry cleaned once I have worn it.

I purchased my wedding dress as a sample from a bridal store ( It was on sale !! ) & they recommended Syndal's to clean it as it was a little dirty from being in the store & people trying it on.I just picked it up & it looks better than new !! I am really happy with the cleaning & how it is nice & steamed ready for me to wear in 2 weeks !! So excited !!It cost me $225 which I thought was great especially as it looks brand new.

I enquired twice with Syndals to get my wedding dress cleaned. The first time I was given a quote (in which they wouldn’t honour the 50% offer I had, despite it not having an expiry date). I decided not to proceed, and chat to my husband about the cost.The second time I went in on a Saturday, I didn’t know I needed to make an appointment and considering I had been before thought I might be able to quickly drop the dress off while hubby and Bub waited in the car. The lady was clearly stressed and frazzled that I had come into the store without an appointment. She was too overwhelmed to see me or find a solution by which I didn’t have to return (45min drive each way for me). She resentfully asked me to write down my details to look up the previous quote. I felt embarrassed to be treated like that in front of other customers and told her I’d bring the dress back (which I won’t). I got into the car and burst into tears due to the tone and manner of which she had spoken to me. I understand she was overwhelmed with a busy Saturday but that didn’t need to be taken out on me. I won’t be taking my dress back and have found a much cheaper way to great my dress attended too.
