On Saturday morning I went online to the Addictive Gifts website to look a suitable gift for my new nephew who had arrived the night before. The site was clean and simple to use, and the details of the various offerings were clear with plenty of photos. I ordered the Baby Boy Nappy Cake and it was delivered that afternoon. What arrived was exactly as it was described, our new mum was so pleased. She sent me a pic and you couldn’t tell the difference between that and the one on the website. This is definitely a case of what you see is what you get!I was so impressed with the service and the products from Addictive Gifts and couldn’t recommend them more.

Needed a gift for a friend's baby shower with not much time to spare. I quickly jumped online and ordered a Baby Bouquet from Addictive Gifts. Fast on time delivery, very happy with the Baby Bouquet excellent quality.

Very disappointing service, ordered early on a Friday morning and did not get delivered until Tuesday morning. When I enquired about the time of delivery twice - Eugene was rude on both accounts and hung up on me during the last phone call - while the gifts may be lovely blaming the courier service and having zero customer service skills does not help your business and as I was saying when you hung up on me we as a company will no longer be using your services due to your attitude and lack of manners.
