I have been over chargedEmbarrassedI brought geraniums there was accused of tampering with price tagsI was not offered an apology.. She said it happens I'm a aboriginal yet my husband is white Australia we were together nothing was said too himThe other occasions was in wood work depressed I was over chargedThe guy was totally ignorant.. But yet again my husband gets great customer service I'm not rude or aggressive but I always am followed and treated unfairly when I go to pay.. I suggest your staff need cultural awareness training.. As one day white Australians will be the minority.. Then they will understand how I feel every time treated when entering Bunnings

Good range and easy to get around. Staff are friendly for the most part. The garden section could be great but doesn't seem to get the attention it needs.

Wow best Bunnings experience we have ever had. The staff member Nettie saw that we had a long list and seemed a little bit lost so grabbed a second trolley and showed us around to where all the items were and it assisted us to get everything we needed. The complete shop took us 45 minutes. This would’ve taken hours without the assistance of the staff member. Thank you Bunnings Forbes!

Awesome staff at this Bunnings. So helpful, friendly and informed. Maybe they should go on a field trip to Dubbo store and teach them how to be a Bunnings team member

Great range, friendly and helpful staff. I have come in for gardening supplies, many essentials for my home, outdoor play equipment for my baby and a kennel for my dog. One time I came in not really sure what I needed but I’d broken a bookshelf putting it together from a flat pack and the bloke who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. The man who greets me and my baby every time we come in is so lovely. I always am assisted at the check out by somebody who would like to go above and beyond for me. My deliveries are always on time and the delivery person always very helpful. I never leave here disappointed. I recommend bunnings Forbes to everyone I know.

Almost always purchase somthing from here even when I don't want to spend big sometimes will even rescue the clearance plants to give them new homes, very large open store, staff always good help and friendly, almost always find what im looking for here and overall a good place to shop for all your lighting and gardening ect needs
