Zero Latency - Sunshine Coast Virtual Reality Centre

We have been here a couple of times the last visit was the escape room experience and unfortunately my headset didn’t work properlyBut they fixed it immediately and the way these guys dealt with this was so professional and they were bending over backwards to fix it. Thank you Paul and Kate we will be back we really appreciate the great service.

My son chose to celebrate his 13th birthday with his mates at Zero Latency. They all had so much fun and are already planning what game to play next. I spectated and spent 30 mins laughing. Great experience had by all.

Incredible !We were two and have played both the arena and an escape room and I can recommend it to me everyone! Super nice and helpful staff who explained everything perfectly and prepared us well. The games themselves are extremely fun and you really feel like you are in another world. Do yourself a favor and just go there!

My family had a great time doing a VR escape room together. The equipment was good and the staff were great.

We really appreciated the great customer service. We had some technical issues in the escape room so 2 out of our 4 couldn't continue. We were given 2 credits instead for next time and all given complimentary use of the car simulator. We understand technical issues can arise and the customer care to compensate us is greatly appreciated. We loved the Arena experience on our previous visit and look forward to returning

My two teenage boys had a great experience. Highly recommend. No wait time just walked straight in. Nice waiting area for parents with window view of the game. Will definitely be back. Thanks also to the friendly staff.

Amazing experience! Fully immersive! Staff were brilliant and helpful. Reasonable pricing. Looks like they run flash sales onsite sometimes, so probably worth ringing and checking before booking online.

Was a fantastic venue. Staff were very friendly and engaging. The experience was great shout out to Sage for helping us with all our queries and suggesting some future games.

Originally my 11 and 14 year old kids and I were planning to visit a different VR experience on the coast. All their sessions were booked so we decided to give this one a try. It did not disappoint! I now understand the increased costs over the other venue.Even though we arrived a couple minutes late due to traffic, staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They even took a few photos for us at the end of the session despite us being the last group of the day and running about 5 minutes past close.We played the free roam arena experience choosing the Singularity scenario. The difference in cost now makes complete sense. Instead of splitting your time into 2x 15 minute sessions, having a full 30 minutes allows you to become fully immersed in the environment. I even got a little scared crossing the narrow bridge because I'm terrified of heights. My son and I are now keen to test out our zombie survival skills when I can next afford to take us - perhaps for his March birthday.While unfortunate not all other reviewers for this venue appear to have had the same amazing experience we did, I get the impression this is the proverbial exception to the rule and most likely the result of unreasonable expectations. Personally, I'm struggling to even find a suggestion for improvement. Thanks Zero Latency for providing a great family experience for me and my kids!
