Looked at a rental....waste of time. Filthy! Dreadful! Nothing like the pictures. You agents have to stop this spiel!Not filthy?Sorry, but the lady after me was just a disappointed as me and she drove over an hr look at it. Renters have only the pictures as reference and so they should be truthful. The pictures you used date back to at least 2018.So please put more effort in this rental business.

From initial viewing to receiving confirmation of our bond return, our rental experience with Latham Cusack was simply superb. Any issues or repairs that needed attention were addressed promptly and efficiently and everything was done with ease and care. The entire team made us feel like we were always taken care of and supported. If in the future we are in the situation to lease in their area again, we will definitely look at what properties they have available so that we could work with them again.
